ALKALIZING DIRT™ is a functional plant and mineral blend created to work with the coffee you already love. Add just ½ teaspoon to your cup to help buffer coffee’s natural acidity and support a more comfortable daily ritual.

It isn’t coffee, creamer or a coffee replacement. Same coffee. Same ritual. Just add the DIRT.

Add ½ teaspoon (2.5 g) to one cup of coffee, then stir, froth or blend well. It works in hot or iced coffee and can be used up to three times daily.

For the smoothest blend, add DIRT to your cup first, pour in a small amount of hot coffee and stir, then add the rest of your coffee and anything else you love.

On its own—or mixed into neutral foods and drinks such as water or plain yogurt—DIRT has a warm, cinnamon-forward flavor with gentle notes of cacao, coconut and earthy spice.

In coffee, tea and tomato-based sauces, those notes blend into the existing flavors and are rarely noticeable. DIRT was intentionally created to complement your coffee rather than cover it up.

Most people don’t detect a change in flavor, although you may notice a subtle hint of cinnamon. DIRT smooths and balances the cup while allowing your coffee to taste like coffee.

Its warm, lightly spiced notes blend into your brew without turning it into mushroom coffee, golden milk or a flavored creamer.

If you drink your coffee black, simply add ½ teaspoon and stir well.

DIRT is made entirely from plants and minerals: Ceylon cinnamon, turmeric, coconut sugar, coconut milk powder, coconut oil powder, cacao, maca, cayenne, ginger, bamboo powder, black pepper, magnesium citrate and potassium bicarbonate.

No gums. No fillers. No artificial flavors.

DIRT contains no added caffeine. Because cacao naturally contains a small amount of caffeine, trace amounts may be present.

DIRT does contain coconut sugar, which gives the blend its gentle sweetness. It is lightly sweetened, but it is not sugar-free.

Yes. DIRT is made with vegan ingredients and without dairy or gluten-containing ingredients. It does contain coconut.

Each ½-teaspoon (2.5 g) serving contains 135 mg of magnesium citrate as part of DIRT’s mineral blend.

Please note: the weight of magnesium citrate is not the same as the amount of elemental magnesium it provides. Refer to the current product label for the complete nutrition information.

Because DIRT contains minerals and botanical ingredients, speak with your physician or pharmacist if you take medication, have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are considering giving DIRT to a child.

Minerals can affect the absorption of certain medications, including some thyroid medications and antibiotics. Your healthcare professional can advise whether you should separate them by several hours.

Absolutely. DIRT’s warm spices work beautifully in tea, matcha, smoothies, oatmeal, overnight oats, yogurt and baked goods. You can also experiment with it in savory recipes such as tomato-based sauces.

Start with a small amount and adjust to taste. Our favorite place to begin will always be ½ teaspoon in your morning coffee.
