DIRECTIONS

Add 1/2 teaspoon to smoothies, hot cocoa, milk or chocolate milk, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, ice cream, PB & J, banana toast, applesauce, kettle corn, pancakes, cookie dough batter... (you get the idea)!
